Motherland vomited me out like a toxin. My home, however, remains in the stomach of this grandiose monstrosity.











AS THEY SAY, PHOTOSERIES, 2023


 an experimental piece of writing that touches upon the sense of home and belonging. It consists of a narrative constructed from idioms that are then interpreted in a way to compose a story. it deals with fear of instability and, therefore, the need of movement, the need to escape.












DIJITAL JUNK, COLLAGE, 2023-ONGOING



the production process is similar to a creation of metaphorical nook. the nook in this sense is something to store the irrelevant past, something to contain the silly trinkets through digital immortality. 












TRAIN PLAY, VIDEO ART, 2022


 
consists of footage filmed from a train window that only shows a meditative boredom of a repetitive landscape in frame and presents absurd accidental conversations happening in the background. It relies on chance and builds itself into a play with characters and edited stage directions. The absurd then reflects the uselessness of nostalgia and longing for home. It reinterprets belonging to be always in motion rather than in a static place.











BOIL, ANALOG PHOTOGRAPHY, 2022

non-existent places are formed out of memory recordings on film and chemical reactions. The liminality in its own right then serves as the artist`s meditation on nostalgia and forced immigration.

work that draws upon the mythic and uses a constructed literary persona in the first-person narrative.  it consists of evasive metaphorical plots that reiterate the need to speak in riddles in order to remain safe.
